QUERIES
Members and non-members may submit free queries in The Cross Timbers Historian. Submit queries to the Dublin Library or to the society secretary.
Volunteers do look-ups for local obituaries, cemetery records and marriage records. The library also has many local family genealogy records. The fee is $10.00 minimum per look-up. We have Dublin newspapers on microfilm from 1888 to present (some years are incomplete).
Volunteers are available in the genealogy room on Tuesdays from 1pm-4pm.
Our library needs additional volunteers to aid patrons with research. If you would like to volunteer on a weekly basis , please call the library. A benefit of volunteering as a genealogy researcher is you are able to work on your own family research.
The Library does not have birth or death certificates. For this information contact the Erath County Clerk at 100 W. Washington, Stephenville, TX 76401 or phone 254-965-1482.
